We are excited to announce that on June 27 2021, from 1:00 PM EST to 2:45 PM EST, we hosted an event called Shaping Foundations for Smiles. This event, in conjunction with Smile Train, aimed to raise awareness and fundraise for the treatment of cleft palates and lips.

Our event consisted of an introduction of our organization and amazing guest speakers who shared their experience with clefts. We have some wonderful speakers, including someone a cleft palate patient, a healthcare professional, and Smile Train representatives.

This event was a kickoff to a week long social media fundraiser. All proceeds are going directly to Smile Train so they can continue their mission of providing cleft treatment.

Some of our volunteers also participated in our Instagram bingo fundraiser.

Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed!

Our grand total from this fundraiser with employee matching was over $1000! (with a total of $807 shown on the fundraising page). We are so happy to have been able to support Smile Train and would like to thank everyone who came to our event and donated!

For more information on cleft lips and palates, check out our article HERE or our graphics post HERE.
