This past Rare Disease Day (February 28th, 2022) Rocket Pharmaceuticals invited Shaping Foundation's co-founders, Anirudh Koneru, Pooja Shah, Cayla Xue, and Liesha Yenduri, to attend their event in New York City at the Nasdaq MarketSite Building.
A presentation about Shaping Foundations was also played during this event (click HERE to watch the recording of Shaping Foundation's event), and it was a wonderful opportunity for the four co-founders to not only listen to but also network with the guest speakers and Rocket Pharmaceutical employees at the event. They were further able to speak to patients, advocates, and healthcare professionals, including Dr. Moris Danon, the researcher that discovered the rare disease focus of the event, Danon Disease.
